We're looking for a
Visual Merchandiser international (m/w)
This is what we can offer you:
• Conduct trainings and coaching of our Franchise Partners and of our beeline sales team outside of Europe.
• Accomplish trainings and coaching of our beeline sales team in a dedicated district in Germany.
• Follow up regularly on visual merchandising skill level, define objectives, action plans for each trainee and control implementation.
• Monitor all stores and defined corners by regularly checking evaluations done by the teams and the Franchise Partners.
• Coordinate all store openings from a visual merchandising point of view and provide first visual merchandising training to the teams.
• Permanently ensure communication flow and know-how transfer in the field of visual merchandising to the teams and franchise partner.
• Occasionally travelling to New Markets outside of Europe.
This is what you can offer us:
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in visual merchandising and training of visual merchandising’ concepts
• Excellent visual merchandising and decoration skills as well as passion in conduction of trainings
• High sense for fashion & trends
• Communication & motivational skills
• Partner and service orientation
• Planning and organisational skills
• Flexibility & adaptability
• Profound knowledge of MS Office
• Very good English and German language skills necessary (written and oral)
• High mobility
